Do you ever wonder about your bigger picture? Do you wonder what if I had done this differently where would I be?  Am I taking care of my mind, body, and spirit in the most healthy and loving way possible?   Well here goes dear friends.    I feel passionate about sharing what I've learned personally and physically on my journey through this place called earth.  I’ve lived the life of not knowing how to find my way to health or even knowing what that meant.  I’ve been the person scared to try new things because I thought I would fail or embarrass myself.  Trust me, I was never one of the cool kids.  We can help each other by sharing our truth. 

Don’t want to try yoga because you are struggling with your weight or “aren’t flexible”, and think you can’t do it?  Think doing a 5k would be amazing, but don’t know where to start?  I’ve been that person and know how hard it can be to move forward to change.  Your mind is a powerful enemy at times isn’t it?  I would love to share my story and recommend tools to help you feel empowered and powerful!   Lets work on making your mind a tool you can use to your benefit and power.

 You may see some tweaks and upgrades to the site in the near future while I figure out how to use the software. I appreciate your patience (I’m still not cool).   In the future, I hope to share thoughts on well everything… including anything to do with wellness and life lessons I have usually learned the hard way.  I hope you find meaning in my words and feel safe enough to share your own. Let’s do this together.
